Guillermo Hercules, Program Coordinator, Decoded Futures

Guillermo Hercules is the Program Coordinator for Decoded Futures at Tech:NYC, where he serves as the organizational backbone of the program, supporting systems that enable program impact and execution. 

Originally from Los Angeles, Guillermo has contributed to initiatives advancing civic engagement, leadership development, and social impact across nonprofit, government, and philanthropic organizations. He also supported the inaugural launch of the Obama Foundation’s U.S. leadership program and its global networks across Africa, Asia, and Europe, and is recognized on the Workers’ Wall at the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Guillermo holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and an M.A. in Public Policy from Trinity College-Hartford and completed additional studies in Copenhagen, Denmark. He is driven by a commitment to building sustainable systems and strengthening communities through innovation.
