Brenda Jiang, Program Manager, Decoded Futures

Brenda Jiang is the Program Manager at Decoded Futures at the Tech:NYC Foundation. She leads the day-to-day operations of the program, bridging the gap between the nonprofit sector and emerging AI technologies to empower the social sector and power social impact across New York’s nonprofit sector.

Brenda brings deep experience in program operations, social impact, and data strategy, having previously led mission-aligned initiatives supporting BIPOC communities at Mosaic America and advancing racial equity through educator training at the Institute for Racial Equity & Excellence. 

She is passionate about democratizing emerging technologies and creating inclusive, data-informed systems that center community voice. Brenda earned her Master of Arts in Human Rights from Columbia University and holds a dual B.A. in International Studies and History from the University of South Florida.
