Joe Maruca, Associate Director of Operations, Decoded Futures

Joe Maruca is an operations professional who has worked in the government, non-profit, and publishing sectors.

Most recently, Joe held the role of Senior Advisor to the VP of Strategic Services, within NYCHA'S Asset & Capital Management Division. In this position, he provided support to execute and implement priorities aimed at improving data utilization, technological integration, and service delivery.

Joe previously served as a Senior Advisor at the Mayor's Office of Operations, wherein he advanced a portfolio of initiatives focused on project management, the development of strategic plans, and cross-functional facilitation.

Joe received his MPA from Baruch College.
