Amanda Konstam, Program Director, Grid Fellowship
Amanda Konstam is an advisor at Bloomberg Philanthropies, where she has worked on high-impact projects in public health, philanthropic operations, and program design. As Program Director for the Grid Fellowship, Amanda helps design the curriculum and serves as a major point of contact for selecting and engaging with the fellows.
She previously held leadership roles at Everytown for Gun Safety and Mike Bloomberg’s City Hall, where she took the lead on efforts involving national media outreach, advocacy campaigns, reputational risk, legacy, and general operations. With two decades of experience at the intersection of politics, philanthropy, and policy, Amanda has advised elected officials, philanthropists, and CEOs on strategy, operations, and communications.
A graduate of Columbia and NYU Wagner, she brings sharp political instincts and a passion for building mission-driven teams. She is proud to live in New York City with her son Henry, named after her great uncle, and her dog, Ellie, named after Eleanor Rosevelt.
