Jack Sinclair has a long background as an entrepreneur and technology CFO, and currently serves as a fractional CFO for a number of companies.

As the fractional CFO for Tech:NYC, he ensures effective financial operations and processes. Jack previously worked at a number of NYC-based companies, including Return Path, Stack Overflow, and Bolster.

He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and currently lives in Port Washington, NY.
