Michael Barkin has served as President of CLEAR since March 2025 and has been a member of the company’s Board of Directors since 2019. As President, he leads CLEAR’s strategy and operations, advancing the company’s mission to deliver secure, seamless experiences across travel and beyond.

Prior to assuming his current role, Michael spent a decade at Vail Resorts, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2022, and previously as Vice President of Strategy and Development. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving the company’s long-term growth strategy, operational excellence, and capital allocation discipline. Earlier in his career, Michael worked in private equity at KRG Capital Partners and Bain Capital Partners, after beginning his career at Bain & Company.

Michael currently serves as Board Chair of Evolve Vacation Rental Network, Inc., as a Board Member of Tech:NYC, and as a Trustee of the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver.
