Decoded Futures
Decoded Futures, part of the Tech:NYC Foundation, bridges the gap between the nonprofit sector and cutting-edge AI. We give New York’s social sector the tools, knowledge, and partnerships it needs to put AI to work.

How it works
Eight-week cohorts
In eight-week cohorts, 20 to 25 nonprofits pair with technologist volunteers from NYC’s leading tech companies. Together they pick an “AI-shaped” problem and build a custom solution.
What you’ll get
AI fundamentals and tools you can use right away, hands-on practice tailoring custom AI solutions, a peer community of NYC mission-driven organizations, and access to our network of technologists.
Program details
Sessions are in person in Manhattan on Oct 13, Oct 27, and Nov 3, with Demo Day on Nov 17. Thanks to Google.org, Robin Hood, Salesforce, AWS, and other partners, the program is free for participating organizations.
Resources
The AI Adoption Report, case studies, and the Prompt Cookbook (v.1 and v.2).
