Naomi Gleit is Head of Product at Meta. She leads Central Products, overseeing the company's AI transformation, new revenue bets, growth across Meta's apps and devices, and the shift to AI-powered integrity and support.

As one of Meta’s very first employees, Naomi has worked on nearly every major initiative at the company, including teen safety, privacy, elections, and charitable giving tools. She was a founding member of the Growth team that helped Meta’s family of apps grow from 1 million people when she joined to over 3 billion today.

Naomi graduated from Stanford with a degree in Science, Technology and Society and wrote her senior thesis on Facebook. Originally from Brooklyn, she’s now back to her roots and living there today.
