Hayden Adams is the Founder and CEO of Uniswap Labs and inventor of the Uniswap Protocol, the largest decentralized exchange protocol.

He began building in crypto in 2017. As his first project, he set out to build an application that was decentralized, trustless, permissionless, and secure. This project eventually became Uniswap.

As of July 2026, the Uniswap Protocol has processed over $4.5 trillion in volume. Uniswap Labs contributes to the development of the Uniswap Protocol and builds products for users to safely and securely access DeFi, including the Uniswap Interface and the Uniswap Wallet, which collectively have served millions of users.
