Michael Pryor works for Atlassian as the Head of Trello, the visual collaboration tool that gives millions of people around the world perspective on their projects. Michael is a co-founder of Fog Creek Software, a nationally renowned software development company that creates popular developer tools, and sits on the board of Stack Exchange, the #1 question and answer site for developers globally. Michael currently lives in New York with his wife and two daughters.
Daniel Ramot is Via’s co-founder and CEO. Prior to Via, Daniel built supercomputers designed to discover new pharmaceutical drugs at D. E. Shaw Research and developed avionic systems for F-15s and F-16s for the Israeli Air Force. He has a PhD from Stanford University in neuroscience.
Todd Rassiger leads First Republic’s East Coasting Business Banking team which specializes in working with financial services firms, nonprofits, professional services firms and tech companies.
Todd joined First Republic in February 2011, after helping to build a successful nonprofit practice for a Boston-based bank. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Rassiger served in the Investment Banking Group at MassDevelopment, issuing more than $500 million in tax-exempt bonds for manufacturers, multi-family housing developers and nonprofit institutions undertaking large capital projects. It was during his time at MassDevelopment that Todd developed a program that granted human service providers access to the capital Bond markets, in addition to securing a $10 million grant from the US Department of Education to support capital financing for charter schools. Prior to MassDevelopment, Todd served as a banking analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
In addition to his work at First Republic, Todd serves as Board Chair of Strike Out Cancer, Board Member of the Weston Education Enrichment Fund and a Committee Member of City Year Boston’s Seven Generations Board.

Edward Skyler joined Citi as Executive Vice President for Global Public Affairs in May 2010. Reporting directly to the CEO, Mr. Skyler oversees Communications, Government Affairs, Branding, Sponsorships, Corporate Citizenship, Sustainability and the Citi Foundation. He also shares leadership of Investor Relations and Regulatory Affairs. He is charged with ensuring that Citi's global dialogues with the public, governments and investors are effective and consistent.
Prior to joining Citi, Mr. Skyler served as a member of Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg's administration from 2002 to 2010, rising to the position of Deputy Mayor for Operations for the City of New York. In that capacity, he oversaw the performance of the City's main operational agencies and served as a top budget, legislative and labor negotiator. Mr. Skyler oversaw four consecutive balanced and on-time City budgets; negotiated legislation to reform lobbying and "pay-to-play" practices; and spearheaded critical initiatives such as the overhaul of the City's 911 system and its sustainability agenda.
Before he was appointed Deputy Mayor for Operations, Mr. Skyler served as Press Secretary and Communications Director during Mayor Bloomberg's first term. He managed all communications operations, including media relations and speechwriting. Prior to joining the Bloomberg Administration, he worked in the Corporate Communications group of Bloomberg LP. Yancey Strickle is co-founder and CEO of Kickstarter, the world's largest funding platform for creative projects,raising over $2.5 billion in its short history. Under Strickler's leadership, Kickstarter has become a Public Benefit Corporation, a designation which means the company must consider not only its financial obligations to shareholders, but also its impact on society. Kathryn Yontef is a Director on the External Affairs team within U.S. Government Affairs at Microsoft. She is responsible for engagement with Microsoft partners and other external stakeholders, and works to advance the company’s positions related to the intersection of law, policy and technology.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Kathryn was a Vice President at Teneo, a global advisory firm based in New York. She spent over two years working with companies to address a broad range of issues involving corporate transactions, public policy and legislative matters, brand development, and organizational and management change. Before that, Kathryn spent almost six years at Burson-Marsteller. As a Director in the Issues and Crisis Practice, she managed policy-based campaigns, reputation management programs, and crisis preparedness training and response for several Fortune 100 companies in the in the technology, automotive, data services, and professional and financial services sectors.
Kathryn serves on the board of 826NYC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting students with their writing skills and helping teachers to inspire their students to write. She is also a member of the Young Entertainment, Media and Communications Division Executive Committee at the UJA-Federation of New York. Kathryn earned her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and her Master of Science from Boston University.
Ed is a lawyer representing tech startups, growth companies and the venture capital and growth equity funds that back them. He co-founded and Chairs the Tech Group at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, where he’s worked since he was a summer associate in 1991. In 2013, Dow Jones ranked Lowenstein among the five most active law firms in America for venture capital and private equity deals. As an angel investor, Ed has personally invested in more than 80 startups and more than 30 venture funds. He’s been an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business since 2005, where he teaches Venture Capital and Angel Investing. Ed co-founded and chairs VentureCrush, which also includes FirstGrowthVC (which Pando Daily called “New York’s best Accelerator”). Ed has published approximately 100 columns on tech startups and growth companies (and sometimes wine and music), mostly on the Accelerators page of the Wall Street Journal, where he currently serves as a WSJ Expert Panelist. Ed worked harvest (briefly) in France and California, and had minor involvement in vinifying a wine granted a perfect 100 point score by Robert Parker.
Michael Zuckert is SVB Financial Group's General Counsel. He is responsible for leading the company's legal department as well as providing strategic guidance to SVB’s management team and board. He joined SVB in 2014 from Citigroup, where he most recently was Deputy General Counsel.
During his 12 years at Citi, Michael covered a wide range of legal matters, most recently focusing on Citi Holdings and mergers and acquisitions. He also served as senior counsel to Citi's chief financial officer and the company’s finance organization, advising on public company disclosures and capital markets transactions. During the financial crisis, Michael advised on investments by the U.S. Treasury in Citi and led teams which prepared senior executives for Congressional hearings.
Previously, Michael worked at Morgan Stanley as a Principal in the legal department covering investment banking and principal investing. He later served in a business role as a Chief Operating Officer for a private equity fund at Morgan Stanley. Michael also served as General Counsel of TheStreet, an Internet financial news provider. He advised the company on its initial public offering, corporate governance and international expansion. He started his legal career as a corporate associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in history, and law and society, from Brown University and a law degree from New York University School of Law. He is on the Board of Directors of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, a member of the Tech:NYC Leadership Council, and an advisory member of the Board of the Silicon Valley Directors' Exchange. Michael previously served on the Board of the American Red Cross of the Bay Area.
